Builder’s Survey

Here at P Arter & Son Ltd, in our capacity as a local building business based on the Romney Marsh in Kent, over the years, we have found that we are frequently asked to look at building work in and around houses that people are in the middle of purchasing. We have found that they get the surveyor’s report and there is a big list of work that is required to be, or might need to be, carried out and that is where we fit in. We will visit and look at the work and determine whether the work is crucial to the purchase of the property. We can price the work you are most concerned about, thus giving you peace of mind in knowing what work is necessary and how much it would cost to undertake the repair or alteration.
